Dr. Kostyantyn Rybachuk holds a Ph.D. in General Pedagogy and the History of Pedagogy. His primary research focus is the neurobiological impact of artificial intelligence on the developing brain: how AI systems can be designed to unlock, rather than suppress, children's cognitive and genius potential. He is the originator of the Neurosafe EdTech Design framework, the Cognitive Gap, and the Three Rights of the Child. His broader expertise spans educational neuroscience, cognitive development, AI in Education, AI-enhanced learning, AI ethics for children, curriculum design, assessment development, immersive technologies (VR/AR), international cooperation, and transformational education policy.

Complementary qualifications include advanced training in ESL/EFL, Economics, educational technology, and assessment. Author of three books on genius development, the global paradoxes of modern education systems, and a Neurosafe EdTech Design framework for AI in education, his work is grounded in a single conviction: every child is born with genius-level potential, and the purpose of education, and of every technology built for it, is to unlock that potential rather than suppress it.
